Santa Christmas Rush Tycoon.
Build a toy factory, fulfil Santa’s orders and ship gifts to unlock a snowy town full of adventures. Play solo or together with up to 16 players.

One town. A whole Christmas to prepare.
Start small: collect candy, build your first production line and complete Santa’s order. Turn those first toys into a growing factory, ship gifts through the harbour and open the town’s attractions one milestone at a time.

Your first minutes
Open Fortnite, search for 2876-7239-9283 and select Santa Christmas Rush Tycoon by luborek. Start alone or with friends. One game supports up to 16 players.
Start with the candy collection area to earn your first gold. Follow the current task on the HUD towards the factory, then build the first conveyor, toy-making machine, storage and wrapper as the guide requests.
Wait for your first finished toys, check Santa’s current order and deliver the requested products. Completing the first whole order unlocks the train. You do not need all seven production lines before making your first delivery.
Build and improve the factory
There are seven production lines. Each line has a conveyor, a toy-making machine, storage and a wrapper. Later lines add new toys, including a car, an excavator and a pirate ship. The display near the factory reveals toys as their lines are unlocked.
Use the interaction at a machine to inspect its price, level and available upgrade. Read the board above the line: it shows the toy, production status, capacity, equipment levels and wrapping bonus. Buy upgrades according to the bottleneck you actually have.
If storage is full, use stock for orders or deliveries, or improve storage. If production is paused, check the line’s controls and missing equipment. A slow early machine is not necessarily broken: its panel shows the approximate production cycle. Toys do not accumulate while you are away from the game.
Santa’s orders and the sleigh
Check the active order for the required toy and quantity. Produce those items and use DELIVER in the order interface to hand them over from the factory stock. The order rewards gold; completing the entire order adds one completed order and triggers the sleigh departure.
Wait for the sleigh to return before the next hand-in. Keep doing orders to fund the factory after unlocking the train. Santa deliveries and ship deliveries use the same stock, so leave enough toys for the next order.
One completed order is not one shipped gift. The sleigh earns gold and unlocks the train after the first order. It does not increase the ship counter used for the 100 / 300 / 500 attraction milestones.
What unlocks when?
| Complete | Unlock |
|---|---|
| From the start | Factory progression, town exploration and the igloo chairlift. |
| 1 complete Santa order | Christmas Express train. |
| 100 gifts shipped by boat | Roller coaster + Bear Cave and its gold crystal. |
| 300 gifts shipped by boat | Santa’s Office above the factory. |
| 500 gifts shipped by boat | Mountain pizzeria, access to the ice slide and the Home Alone house. |
Only completed ship transfers count towards 100 / 300 / 500. Producing toys, filling the wagon or sending Santa’s sleigh is not the same as shipping them by boat.
Train → harbour → ship, step by step
1. Complete your first Santa order to unlock the Christmas Express. Make extra toys and check that there is free stock available for shipping. Products reserved for town deliveries may not be available to load.
2. At the loading point, load products from the factory into the train. Each interaction loads up to 10 items. Fill the shipment to 100; the loading counter tells you how many are ready.
3. Take the train to the harbour. Follow the station’s arrival and departure display, and board when boarding is available. Loading the wagon alone does not yet count as shipping the gifts.
4. At the harbour, interact near the base of the crane to transfer the completed cargo onto the ship. Let the transfer finish. Only a successfully completed transfer adds 100 to the shipped-gifts counter.
5. Repeat the production and shipping cycle. The first, third and fifth completed shipments reach 100, 300 and 500 gifts. The shipping progression ends at 500 in this release; Santa orders and other activities remain separate.
Town deliveries and special gifts
Visit the post office and follow your personal delivery instructions. Take the assigned parcel to the correct destination and interact to complete delivery. Town orders use factory products; check the stock if you cannot start or finish a delivery.
Three deliveries to a house light it up. These personal delivery tasks give you something useful to do while the factory produces the next batch. Your destination can be different from your teammate’s.
The mountain pizzeria has a gift quest: collect its parcel at the post office, travel up by chairlift and deliver it under the Christmas tree. The first completion rewards 20 gold. Access to this area requires 500 gifts shipped by boat, even if you have already picked up the quest.
The Home Alone house also opens at 500 shipped gifts. Each player can take their own parcel from the post office to the tree inside for a one-time reward of 25 gold. Repeating an already completed special delivery does not award the gold again.
Bear Cave and the gold crystal
Ship your first 100 gifts by boat to open Bear Cave. Go inside to find the gold crystal near the bears. Interact with the crystal to receive 5 personal gold, at most once per second.
Your allowance is 100 gold: 20 successful interactions. Once you have used all 100, your crystal refills after 2 minutes. The allowance is personal, so another player does not use yours up. The remaining amount and refill time survive reconnecting.
Daily gifts and the 24-entry album
Visit the daily gift and open the calendar to see your own progress. You can claim one daily gift per day. Each player has an independent saved collection with 24 entries; missing a day does not erase the entries you have already collected.
A short reveal, about 3 seconds, shows the unlocked entry before control returns. The album highlights places and decorations in the town; it does not mean 24 separate new rides. Train and attraction access still follows the shipping milestones.
Explore between deliveries
The chairlift to the igloo is available from the start. For other rides, check the milestone table and the sign at the entrance. Wait in the boarding area and use the interaction when a seat is ready. Follow the station status rather than trying to jump onto a moving ride.
At 100 shipped gifts, try the roller coaster and Bear Cave. At 300, visit Santa’s Office using the stairs by the factory. At 500, head up to the pizzeria, explore the ice slide and visit the Home Alone house.
The town also has an ice rink, festive scenery and photo spots. Watch for Candy Rush on your HUD: it is a temporary candy-collection event. Follow its current countdown and prompts, then return to your production or delivery task.
Playing together and saved progress
The factory and attraction progress are shared in the current game. The factory owner’s save supplies the world’s starting state. Personal deliveries, daily gifts and crystal allowance are tracked separately for each player.
Divide the work: one player manages production and upgrades, another completes Santa orders, and others deliver around town or prepare train cargo. All of those tasks draw on the factory’s resources, so agree on what to keep for the next order.
Joining a world with less progress does not instantly unlock it using your personal achievements. The current world continues its own progression. Previously reached attraction milestones are protected when factory ownership changes; this does not merge unfinished shipments from different saves.
Help & common questions
I have no gold. Where do I start?
Collect candy for your first gold, follow the factory guide and finish Santa orders. The cave crystal is a later source of personal gold, available after 100 gifts have been shipped by boat.
The sleigh left, but shipped gifts did not increase.
That is a Santa order. The attraction counter increases only when the crane successfully transfers a full 100-gift train shipment to the ship.
Why can I not load the train?
Check the first-order unlock, available unreserved stock, the train’s current loading state and whether the shipment is already full. After reaching 500 shipped gifts, this release does not accept further ship shipments.
Where is the crane button?
Approach the base of the crane at the harbour and look for the interaction prompt. The control is integrated into the crane area; do not look for a large freestanding button.
My quest points to the locked pizzeria.
First reach 500 gifts shipped by boat in the current world. Picking up the mountain gift quest does not bypass the area’s unlock requirement.
Why is the train already unlocked when I join?
The world may have restored its factory owner’s saved milestones, or teammates may already have completed the first order. A new arrival does not restart the shared world.
Can I play alone? Does the factory run offline?
You can progress solo or cooperate with friends. Your progress is saved, but toy production does not fill storage while you are away.
The crystal stopped giving gold.
After collecting your personal 100 gold, wait 2 minutes for the refill. Faster clicking does not bypass the once-per-second limit, and reconnecting does not reset the allowance.
