A verified sign-in starts registration. Choose your age group next. For players under 16, registration requires parental confirmation and organiser review before participation.

Use Google or a verified email account, then choose your Epic name.

For players aged 16 or older, player cards can be public. Younger profiles stay private; only approved tournament nicknames and results are public. Your email stays private. Arena sign-in does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Arena privacy information

Controller: Lubor Kulich, Poland. Contact: info@luborek.com.

Younger players have no public profile or Discord contact. Before confirming registration, we contact their parent or legal guardian. Parental email confirmation and organiser review are required. Gaming nicknames, preset avatars and tournament results may appear publicly only after approval. A parent can withdraw approval or delete the account using their private link.

If you enable Arena emails, we use your verified Google email for tournament notifications. Delivery uses the website mail queue. You can disable them in My profile.

Your selected avatar is public. Uploaded images are resized and stored on this website. If you choose a Google photo, browsers load it from Google. Replacing an uploaded avatar removes its old file from the server.

Arena is operated by Luborek on luborek.com. Google sign-in provides an account identifier and email address. Your Google password never reaches this website. We store the identifier and email to recognise your account; Google name is not stored. Your Google photo is offered privately after sign-in and is saved for public display only when you choose it.

Your Epic name, avatar, bio, selected games, playing languages and squad status are public on your profile and in the player directory. Discord is private by default and becomes public only if you enable it. Email, country code and other social nickname remain private. Tournament entries and scores are stored to organise events and display results.

You can permanently delete your Arena account in My profile. This removes your Arena profile, contact details, uploaded avatar, tournament registrations and results. Your Google account and separate website services are not deleted. You can also contact Luborek about access, correction or deletion of your data.

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days, subject to server session lifetime. Google processes sign-in through its own service. Loading a stream connects to YouTube. Existing site features may have their own cookies and data processing; this page describes Arena only.
